If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, Please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned. Manufacturers may change the look of a product at any time. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping to and from, plus restock, is also charged for undeliverable or refused packages. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. Supplier will issue call tags on some situations, but that is done per their discretion. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.
**For non-defective returns: You will need to return for a refund minus shipping and restock. If replacement is wanted, once you receive your refund, you will need to re-order the new item.**
Please Note: Leather goods are only eligible for return within 10 days of receipt. Any requests that come through after that may be declined.
The following are Diamond Return Shipment Policies:
All Returns require the serial number off the item for processing.
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
- Diamond must be contacted when a tracking number is showing as info received. They then have to issue a tracer with the shipping carrier and wait up to 8 business days for a response before credit can be issued or a new item can be shipped. This is not a Doba policy, but this is a supplier policy we do have to enforce.
- Diamond will not accept discontinued products back. You must re-sell or contact the manufacturer.
DAMAGES
Supplier Diamond DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
1. Note any damages on the receipt.
2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Diamond for freight claim processing. For partially damaged shAlthough Lincoln has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.
The following are Lincoln supplier policies:
Lincoln guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 14 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Lincoln is to be returned to Lincoln at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. The liability of Lincoln for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Lincoln shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipmentsipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact Diamond for freight claim; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the responsibility of the co-signee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received
